Ms. Bianchini graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and an endorsement in Kindergarten in 1979 and began teaching at St. Simon School. While teaching, she continued her own education and earned a Master's Degree in Education. After teaching for 19 years at St. Simon, she became Assistant Principal and once again returned to her own education. She attended Butler University and earned a Master's Degree in Administration. Following the completion of her degree, she became Principal of Holy Cross Central School in Indianapolis. In the next nine years, her focus was on school improvement and she was able to lead Holy Cross Central in securing an A status as determined by the Indiana Department of Education. For the last two years at Holy Cross Central, Ms. Bianchini also served as Principal of St. Philip Neri School, sharing her time and expertise between the two schools. Ms. Bianchini became principal at Nativity in July of 2007, leading the school to 4 Star Status. She has two adult children and two grandsons. Ms. Bianchini's hobbies are reading and traveling.
