Eric, a licensed clinical psychologist, conducts therapy and supervises pre-doctoral externs at his private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has a PsyD and MS in Clinical Psychology from The Institute for the Psychological Sciences. He focuses on multi-modal assessment in his private practice, including clinical assessments, vocational assessments for various dioceses and orders, and federal personnel evaluations. He is active with and presents at the Society for Personality Assessment annual conference and is a normative data collector for the R-PAS. His areas of interest include multi-modal personality assessment, EMDR, trans-theoretical mechanisms for therapeutic change, and treatment of recalcitrant interpersonal patterns. Eric and his wife of nine years have four children.

Joshua is a native Texan who found his way to Indiana via Notre Dame, where he did his masters in theology. During his studies he met his wife, Katie, a math Teacher at Bishop Chatard. After a decade of parish ministry, Joshua is in his first year teaching theology, also at Bishop Chatard. He and his wife have two sons (John, 8 & George 1) and live on the northeast side of Indianapolis. They are parishioners at St. John the Evangelist, downtown.
